Nebraska Blue Diamonds Win afa 12B National Tournament
It took the "IF" game, but the Nebraska Blue Diamonds held off the Havoc of Laurie, Mo to win the afa 12B National Tournament. The Blue Diamonds and Havoc won their respective sides of the bracket, meeting 3 times throughout the tournament. The Blue Diamonds won the finals of the winner's bracket 8-0, while the Havoc evened the score with a 5-4 win after winning the finals of the loser's bracket. That set the stage for a "rubber match", which the Blue Diamonds won 6-3. Congratulations to both teams for a great week!

Play FOD Preparing for 2008
Welcome to Play FOD! We are excited to welcome everyone to another season of softball tournaments at the Field of Dreams. We will continue to offer many of the favorites from the past, including the Iceberg Open, Mizuno Softball Series, Woody Wars, Hawaiian Hitfest and many others.
Along with our normal tournament slate, we will be hosting the afa State Tournament (Ages/Divisions TBA), as well as the afa 10B and 12B National Tournaments.
A full fall slate of games will round out 2008, including the Original Monster Bash in October.
